Well, it looks like at this point I am left to decide between Art Center and SVA. Does anyone know anything about either of these in terms of fine arts? I have a friend who started at SVA this year. I have talked to her quite a bit about the program and I still can't quite decide whether it is the program for me. I know that CCA ranks pretty well, but I don't know how much of this is because of their design program. Any advice? Please.

Art Center has a lot of contact with professors, they have to write a long thesis and have it approved before getting their diploma.
Studios are large, for the most part. Reputation is great in L.A. I think you should decide if you want to make 100 contacts in New York or Los Angeles.
And look at the faculty you'll be studying with!!!

I did my undergrad at art center. More of a design school. Best of the best for industrial design, but for fine art...no. Go to New York, just sayin.
