mtung Posted April 4, 2009 Share Posted April 4, 2009 When I was at my interview for SAIC painting the person giving a tour said they had 1000 applicants, which was cut down to 100 for interviews, for 25 spots. I think Hunter was a similar number of total applicants to the entire MFA program, with about 150 interviewing for a total of around 80 spots (both fall and spring entry). gao Posted April 5, 2009 Share Posted April 5, 2009 I think at the hunter interview day they said 700 applied 150 interviewed 80 accepted. Yale - 750 applied 75 interviewed 22 accepted.not sure about any other programs but would love to know the stats for the LA schools...UCLA, USC?
