BookishVixen Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 On Jan 17th I got an email from Clark saying that my application was incomplete (a mix up about my transcripts from my double masters) but that "Although the deadline has passed, we have extended it for students applying to your program. We encourage you to submit these materials to complete your application as soon as possible." Is that a standard email, or are they indicating they received a lower number of applicants than expected? The rejection from my safety program has gotten me reeling today so I suppose I am grasping for reasons to feel encouraged that I will get in somewhere.
Zephyr99 Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Probably that they received a lower # of applicants than expected. Get your materials in ASAP! catsandscarves 1
BookishVixen Posted February 6, 2014 Author Posted February 6, 2014 Oh yeah that was done as soon as I got the email. The materials had been in already; the issue was that my MA/MLIS transcripts were one doc and they were expecting 2
Zephyr99 Posted February 6, 2014 Posted February 6, 2014 Similar things happened to me. I have a bachelor's degree and master's degree from same school and they mixed them up.... mistakes happen and most schools are quick to fix the issues.
