TOEFL Test will not be accepted by the UK Home Office?

"The recent announcement by the UK Home Office suspending ETS administration of the TOEFL test means this test would not be acceptable for your visa application."

 

I have received the coditional offer from the Imperial College London and I got the notification upon from it. Have any one met the same circumstance?

Apparently there was a big cheating scandal in the UK regarding the TOEFL. Will they accept the TOEIC instead?

I have received this note earlier today. Apparently, they don't accept TOEIC, so the only remaining option is IELTS.
