Have you heard from University of Pittsburgh?

I called them a week ago and was told they were delayed and would be notifying soon, but I've still never heard anything from them. Anyone else? I saw a result on the board but only one.

Woke up this morning with an email from them to check the website. Standard form rejection letter. I've already committed elsewhere but man it took them ages to get me the rejection notification.

I sent them a message yesterday through their online message system. This morning I got an email telling me a message was there. Why can't they just send an email instead of making me jump through yet another hoop just to find out it was a no???? I got the message at work and apparently their login won't work on an iPad, so I had to wait until I could get a computer to actually see what I thought was going to be a no anyway.

This is fairly late, but depending on what your research interests were you might not have gotten accepted because 2 faculty left. We were supposed to get two new ones, but one deferred til next year. Both that left we big on Morphology and a couple other things. The one new guy does some morphology but mostly socioling/ dialectology type stuff.
