Reggie205 Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 Hey guys, so I'm new at this grad cafe thing. Its my third time, yes I'm barely alive that I'm applying to grad schools for speech pathology/communication disorders. I have a great GPA and a nice list of community service. Ive been out of school for a year now and am working as a teachers assistant (which is awesome) but my passion is still speech. My GRE scores were horrible (took them twice). So i guess I'm just hopeful now that I've been around the block with this application process. Reg
wildlifer Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 I'm a relatively new to the grad cafe as well. But I have found some super helpful comments and suggestions on here, so browse around, you might find something worthy of noting. I'll be retaking the GREs myself in the winter (Dec I'm guessing), so I know how you feel. There's a thread on here called the GRE free resources or something along those lines. Tons of good prep links on there that I have bookmarked. Anyway, welcome and good luck!
JBOTCH Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 (edited) I am really hoping the 3rd time is my charm as it my third time applying as well! Agh! Here we go all over again. Wishing us both luck! Edited September 15, 2014 by jenbugg86
