mikeman591 Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 I'm having trouble finding programs that match my interest of persuasion/social influence combined with social psychology/personality (heavy quantitative preferred). I know this isn't exactly a popular topic, but here's my list of programs right now: University of Maryland Alabama UConn Illinois Florida Texas Arizona Any help/suggestions are appreciated!
autumn Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 Sorry, can't help you there, but I did my undergrad at Arizona if you have any questions about it. Good luck!
CommPhD20 Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 I'm not familiar with all the specifics, but Ohio State is a top program, is probably the most quantitative-oriented program in existence, and considers psychology among its few specialties. Check them out and PM me if you have specific questions.
lyrehc Posted September 12, 2014 Posted September 12, 2014 Have you looked at the NCA guide? http://www.natcom.org/Secondary.aspx?id=4420 I know someone who went to Rutgers and really liked the program.
DrF8 Posted September 28, 2014 Posted September 28, 2014 Take a look at UCSB: http://www.comm.ucsb.edu/graduate and UC Davis: http://communication.ucdavis.edu/graduate/ph.d.-program/introduction/aims-and-objectives.
