mms93 Posted July 11, 2015 Posted July 11, 2015 I am applying to clinical and counseling psychology PhD program this fall, and my primary research interest is eating disorders. I am aware that this narrows down my list of grad schools significantly and I am also aware that I will have to be flexible in terms of location. I have started a list of faculty that I have found on my own and am still in the process of looking around for all possibilities. As such, I would really appreciate any suggestions, whether it be specific faculty members you know of or just suggestions on how I should be searching. This search process is proving to be a bit more tedious and drawn out than I expected, so I would love any help in this!
Piagetsky Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 (edited) UNC-Charlotte has one. I'm in the lab if you have any questions. Edited July 12, 2015 by Piagetsky
_kita Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 I used this book a little while ago for ideas: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1462518133?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00 It has a section in it for schools that have research in specific areas- eating disorders are among them. It might help you out. Some of the faculty areas, etc., are a bit different. But it's a great starting point.
