If you haven't checked that tracker in awhile, maybe you're in the same situation as I was and just haven't been notified by email or phone yet! I am anxiously awaiting my results too, but my graduate application tracker still says "under review". Perhaps it takes them longer to review international applications ? From previous years it looks they admit people into feb so they are probably still going through apps. I wonder too, based on the way they wanted the SOP formatted, if they don't admit by sub-field in which case notifications could be spread out. I applied but have not heard from them either way. Time to be concerned? I have 3 years research experience, good letters, GPA 3.53, GREq 75%, GREv 97%, GREw 92%, didn't send GREchem because it was 33%. I have been accepted to UT Austin with a TA offer. In previous years people were still getting accepted until late January/early February, so you've still got plenty of chances to get accepted.
