Hello

Gre: 161V/156Q 4.0 AWA

GPA: MBA for public south east asian university 4.0 GPA at WES equivalence

Experience: 5 years in central bank in banking policy and regulation
Writing sample: Exchange rate dynamics and central bank interventions. 

Targeting universities ranked after 40 for Phd in political science(Policy stream)/Public policy/Public admin

No research experience. Shed some light and suggestions for improvements. And please review my CV, Writing sample and personal statement. I would be very thankful.

There's always a time to start. Better late than never for things one wants to do. And many a times ones circumstances dictates one choices.

As far as I know, political science is relatively different from policy or public administration. The latter emphasizes particularly on economical analysis of policies, while political science focuses on the institutions' behaviors. So you'd better make clear which is your real interests and apply to the right program with a matching SOP.
