UT Visiting weekend

For the people who got invited, who were your POIs and how were you notified? I'm guessing since I didn't get an invite I didn't make the first cut meanings spots will be available now based on who accepts or declines offers

So I got notified by the grad administrator on the 8th, asking me to RSVP on that day itself. I declined since I have a better offer elsewhere. My POI was a new assistant professor in geomechanics and geophysics. If you'd like to know his name or any other information, send me a message.

My POI said he expected results to start coming out within two weeks, so I think there's still a chance

My POI contacted on Feb 1 to confirm if i would be interested in attending the PSW. Then a day later I was contacted by the graduate coordinator to RSVP. My POI is Senior Research Scientist and head of a consortium. One of his students then contacted me later last week for the visiting logistics.
