HopefulSLP123 Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Hi Everyone, I am currently in the process of making a decision between several graduate school programs. I have not been able to find much information on the program at Chapman University. If anyone can share any insights into how their program is, the classes, facilities, placements, job prospects, etc. that would be greatly appreciated as I am having a really hard time deciding. Thanks!
jmjslpca Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 (edited) I don't know a lot about their program, but I do know that they do NOT have an on-campus clinic. The school I currently attend (U of Redlands) does have an on-campus clinic & I feel it is an invaluable part of my education. I think many, if not all, of their classes are in the evenings. kumapanda Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 I went to Chapman's orientation last year, so I can tell you what I learned. They don't have an on campus clinic, but you get externships around the area. Most of the classes are in the evenings and they guarantee that you complete the program in two years. If you fail to get grades above a B, they make you retake it until you get a B or higher.
