Is it a great university to study in industrial engineering? And If you are about to decide ph.d in industrial engineering between wayne state(full funding) and Texas A&M(funding not sure), what's your dicision?? Although most of these graduates probably already worked foe those companies. Nonetheless, it would be a great networking opportunity. Living expense will be atleast 25% less in MI although you will want efficient heating, otherwise it could cost more. Tx will cost more but the scene will be more "liveable" in the winter months.
