Tish22 Posted June 29, 2016 Share Posted June 29, 2016 Hi all! So, for those attending a masters program in the Fall, or already attending:: I am looking for opinions on getting your TSSLD. Originally, I had a mindset of working in a hospital one day, but people keep telling me to go for the TSSLD for job security. Cookie Hall Posted June 30, 2016 Share Posted June 30, 2016 I am going to a school that specializes in medical speech pathology but they offer TSSLD and I am going to do it just in case. I agree with the statement that it helps with job security. Also, the way I see it is if you have to work in a school for a few years to get experience and then start working in a hospital, it's not such a bad thing. Just be prepared for anything.
