McMaster University - MPH vs HRM (Health Research Methodology)

Hi all! 

Does anyone seem to know the main pros and cons between these two programs? I want to apply to one, but I cannot decide which one. The HRM seems really good to me and has a co-op option whereas the MPH is 1 year and is a relatively new program. 

Any insight to any of these programs will be greatly appreciated!

MPH at McMaster is actually 16 months, not 1 year. And you get to choose between doing either practicum or thesis option. Although its a new program, they had a lot of applicants last year
