Here's my complete profile: 

GRE: 311 (Q-162, V- 149, AWA- 4.0)
TOEFL: 104 ( S26, L27, W28, R23)
CGPA: 2.74 / 4.00 (i know it's quite low) :(
Publication: 1 (in progress)
Conference paper: 1 (2nd author) 
Teaching experience: 5 months (and continuing)

Research interest: energy, gas, petroleum, biofuel

rup831, I am sorry to say this, but you have a very slim to no chance of getting into any top Engineering program. Most Graduate schools need a minimum of 3.0/4.0 GPA to even consider your application. So, it will be a miracle if your application makes it past the preliminary screening process.
