I was admitted to the Master's program in Applied Linguistics/TESOL on February 20 (3 weeks ago) and I just received my financial award letter today by email. It's my top choice as of now so I was hoping for a lot but not expecting much, and it was higher than I expected but not the highest award I've gotten. Tough decisions! I have a feeling that a lot of people are getting the same message that you got and that only some people are able to log into the admitted students portal.
