Application considered late?

So I sent in my application on time and on the application due date admissions emailed me to let me know that the winter course I had just taken was not on my transcript. It wasn't on my transcript because I sent in my materials before the grade had posted, because I did not want my application to be late. I immediately requested the new transcript and they received it a week later. Does this make my application late?

I don't think so. But I would call the school and talk to someone in graduate admissions to be sure

I second calling them, but I don't think you need to worry. It sounds like you did everything right.
