Electrical Engineering MS: UCLA vs UT-austin vs Gatech vs Columbia

Hi,

I have the following admits and I am highly confused as to what should I choose,

1. Gatech - MS ECE

2. UT Austin - MS ECE: ICS track

3. UCLA - MS EE: Circuits and Embedded Systems

4. Columbia - MS EE (nikola tesla scholar)

My interests are in VLSI design(preferably digital) with a few courses in analog and Computer architecture.

I have not received any funding with my invite. RAship and TAship may be a possibility, but nothing currently.

Can some who has info about these universities list out the merits and demerits of each program and school and help me choose the right option
