Early intervention salary?

Hi - Does anyone know the typical salary range for an SLP job in early intervention? Is it the same or close to the salary that an SLP in a school setting would make? Thank you!

EI is typically paid per diem rather than salary and you may not get benefits. There's a lot of travel time and while you will likely get mileage reimbursement you probably won't get paid for it otherwise. Sometimes the homes are in dangerous neighborhoods.

I would personally consider working in an EI preschool but not the typical home-based EI.
