Carly Rae Jepsen Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Hello everybody, New member and confused by the layout a little. Working on apps for Fall 2018. I've reduced my choices for a French MA-PhD joint program to these schools. A note on my stats: graduated from college with a 3.86 GPA, magna cum, from a not very known but good college in SC. Do you think I have a shot at Brown, UNC Chapel Hill or NYU? Those 3 are my top choices as of now. Also looking at Duke, UPenn, Penn State, NW, Tulane, Chicago, CO-Boulder and Johns Hopkins. If you know of any other schools worth looking into, let me know! I am yet to take the GRE. Planning on doing so within four months or so.
MathCat Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 I would recommend posting this in the 'languages' sub-forum: http://forum.thegradcafe.com/forum/39-languages/
ThousandsHardships Posted May 21, 2017 Posted May 21, 2017 Will message you shortly about my own experience and some of the things I've heard from friends. I don't want to expose too much in these forums.
