CSDCAS grade forgiveness

So I just found out that CSDCAS does not recognize grade forgiveness  I got an F in one of my classes and I retook it and got an A. Has anyone gotten into a CSDCAS school with a failing grade and retook the failed class?

I failed one of my classes and retook it and got an A. CSDCAS honestly made me look like a mediocre student. I think schools know your CSDCAS scores are not completely accurate. St. Rose and Syracuse are both CSDCAS schools and I got in but I didn't get into NYMC.

Nearly had a heart attack when I found out CSDCAS doesn't take grade forgiveness into consideration. At least schools consider your actual GPA apart from CSDCAS. Thanks for making me feel better about my potential CSDCAS GPA lol.

So do you have to add both grades into CSDCAS? Mine isn't in a CSD course thankfully but it definitely still brings that gpa way down
