Not listed countries

Hello,

I'm an international student currently applying to UCLA, in the application form they require me enter my permanent address which is Palestine. I tried to find Palestine or West Bank in the countries list but I couldn't find any of them. How can I proceed with the application? Or since the country is not listed this simply means I can't apply?
