Did anyone make it with a 3.0 AW score on GRE??

My confidence is dropping every day. This is my second time applying and I was wait listed at OU my first round. I have a strong resume and recommendation letters, but not all schools with accept those two things. Think I have a chance based on my numbers???

Experience: "Autism Tutor" in undergrad & currently a full time therapy tech at a Rehab facility 
cGPA: 3.6
Major GPA in COMD:  3.6
GRE: 146Q / 152V / 3.0AW

SUNY New Paltz listed their GRE and GPA of accepted students and the AWA range went from 3.0-5.0 so at least one person got in there with a 3.0!
