Cal States, CSDCAS, Transcripts

I'm applying to SDSU and CSUF and I've heard multiple opinions on where to send transcripts and how many we're supposed to send. Can someone confirm any of these:

 

1. Send them to the department only

2. Send them to CSDCAS only

3. Send them to CSDCAS and the department

4. Send them to the university's general admission office and the department

5. Send them to CSDCAS, the department, and the university's general admission office.

Why not just email or call each department and ask? That's how you'll get a for sure answer.
