Has anybody heard back from Maryland at all? The result board states that two people have been admitted. One of them in december, just a couple of days after the deadline. Can this be true?

I wouldn't be too optimistic. 221 applicants for only 12 open spots. Good luck everyone!

That's crushing for somebody who applied for the first time and has not heard back at all. Also what is up with Duke? I have send them an email asking about my status and no response...

my first choice is UNC and I know for a fact that they notified people who were accepted. There nothing worse than waiting on a rejection.

So you think if by now there is no response, it is automatically either rejection or wait list? Wouldn't they send out rejection earlier?? I still haven't heard anything and am getting really worried.
