In at BU!! so thrilled and relieved... was beginning to lose hope. That pesky MIT rejection that followed shortly after didn’t hurt a bit!

I had been thinking UNC was done with acceptances... Do you really think there will be more? (I.e. any reason to hope?!)

i'd go with rejection... don't know if I could take the let down of reading an acceptance that was mistakenly sent to me... of course, if I was also accepted, I wouldn't care!

seems pretty quiet today (besides the trickling Mich rejections)... I guess that's par for a Monday. I do think this week is going to be the most action-packed yet... fingers crossed for good news. without an acceptance in hand, it's getting hard to maintain a positive attitude....

too bad the wolverine site was down... otherwise i think everyone would've been put out of their misery much more quickly with a blast/mass rejection... much easier that way

Can we add to your previous (hilarious) GC addiction post? It could move into the "my life started falling apart b/c of Grad Cafe" phase... i.e. i lost my job b/c i got flagged by the IT dept for checking GC all day long... Or, my relationship fell apart b/c i couldn't get through a meal without compulsively checking the results page or sneaking away for a quick forum fix....

Even the weekends aren't safe!! Since we still have Saturday delivery, maybe just maybe, there will be a snail mail delivery from MIT today... If not, i'm sure the letter was just held up by the monster blizzard... Right?!? Right?!?

Congrats to the Berkeley and other new admits! bad deja vu for me -- two friday rejections in a row... still many more programs to hear from, so i'm trying to keep a positive attiude... have a good weekend, all!
