I heard Auburn made their initial cuts and they'll be making a decision in 2 weeks.

Anyone get accepted into CMU that isn't planning on CMU being their number 1 pick?

From what i heard, and my emails with one of the faculty, decisions were already made since January 22. They are waiting for the official ok to send out letters. I was told that i should hear something by the end of the month...which is a few days away...but seems like a lifetime.

Nice! If you're ever down this before summer let me know, we can all get a cold one. I just heard from CMU yesterday, i'm number 1 on the wait list, so i have high hopes for WSU. I should at least be 1/2 on the wait list if i didn't get an acceptance...but we'll see! Everyone is being hush hush over here lol.

I spoke with Dr. Magley yesterday. UConn isn't ready to make any decisions yet, but we should be hearing from them starting mid-February-ish

I'm currently at WSU so i have worked with almost all the IO faculty on one project or another. Mainly though, Boris, Alyssa, and Lisa...but i wouldn't mind working with Marcus and Jason as well.

A little birdy told me that WSU and CMU have made decisions, and we'll be hearing from them by the end of the month...since their open house is in the beginning of March.

Hello, just signed up, so hello to everyone. These are the schools i applied to. PhD: Wayne State University Central Michigan University University of Georgia Texas A&M University of Connecticut University of Oklahoma Old Dominion University University of South Florida Florida International University Auburn University Masters: California State University Long Beach San Diego State University I scored a V-152 (53%) and Q-156 (68%) and 4 on the writing (49%). GPA - 3.87 I'll keep you guys updated on what i hear from the school.
