Einstein had a late opening today from weather, so that might have a slight impact on things. Anyone else want to give them a call? They probably all know me over there by now.

Just contacted Northwestern DGP, they are definitely not done with interview invitations yet, people are still rejecting invitations and more spots are open, so it is very much still possible to get an acceptance by March 15th.

I just don't think it's right though, the coordinator I talked to said that there was still a lot more invites to be sent out.

Anybody else notice the results page entry saying Northwestern DGP has sent out all their interviews?

Just called UT-Austin CMB, they are still working on sending out interview invites! And not only that, but they're also considering additional interview methods (Skype) for students not invited to visit Austin.

Damn. Wish they would contact me. Might be possible for on-the-fence people to get interviews after others refuse them?

Just called Einstein. They said if that you haven't heard anything, you're still under consideration and that all interview invitations will be sent out by early/mid-February.

The coordinator said that they don't really send them out in bulk, but each day that they make decisions, so really your best bet is just waiting until February 15th.

They still have a 2nd and 3rd wave of invites to send out, they're working on the 2nd now.

Way to go!

Well, tough admissions. This is why we applied to multiple programs.

Just got rejected from Wisconsin CMB. Blah.

Northwestern has sent their first wave out but has two more waves to send out.

HSC San Antonio has rolling admissions and has interviews in March, so plenty of time for them. I don't know anything about Anderson, but Einstein has interviews on February 6-7 and 13-14, so we should be hearing back from them soon.

Just called Wisconsin-Madison CMB, all interview invitations will be sent out by 4:00 PM tomorrow, and they will try to send out some today.

Yes definitely CMB. Do they show people's names on this spreadsheet? And do they just email it to you? Last time I called they said they were trying to get all interview invites out by the end of this week but certainly done by the 31st.

March? Oh good. I applied December 14th so I should get some sort of super early bonus right? Right?

Well, Einstein has interviews on February 6-7 and 13-14, so there is plenty of time for more interviews to be sent out. Also, looking at earlier results, people have gotten interviews in February as well.

i'm still waiting on Einstein.
