They're taking longer because of not running the program -COVID etc. So I am assuming a lot more applications to review this year.

I don't know anyone else. I emailed Skowhegan and they said they don't have a specific day for when they'd release the decisions. But they said hopefully this week. Is it always that they send rejections then acceptance?

Yes, they're expecting to be mailing the decisions this current week, as in the next five days. That's what they said.
