  1. I haven't heard back yet either. Fingers crossed!
  2. Wait, no I haven't gotten a decision yet, I was just asking about the results page.
  3. Southern California
  4. Out at Stanford but congrats to all those accepted!
  5. That's great thinking! Yeah, the cost of applying to so many schools really adds up given the application fee, sending in transcripts + GRE scores, so 7 sounds like a great number! I applied to 10 because I received fee waivers from a majority of the schools, so that saved me close to $1000! I haven't distinguished between the programs in terms of safeties and such because my main priority is just getting in! haha. Best of luck!
  6. Congrats on USC! I haven't yet heard back yet but congrats !
  7. Looks like a lot of us ended up applying to the same schools! Best of luck everyone, and let's hope for a fast delivery of decisions from school! Maybe we'll get one this week? I'm counting on at least receiving one next week given that a lot of results come out around mid-February.
  8. Did anyone apply to the joint Columbia/Sciences Po PhD program ?
  9. On average, how many programs did you guys apply to?
  10. Hi! I am a PhD applicant, and unfortunately still haven't heard back. I'm hoping something will come out this week or next.
  11. Congrats! That's my Alma Mater! Go Tar Heels!
  12. Hi! Well firstly, best of luck on your remaining applications. I just wanted to second a comment above and say that you should maybe reach for the low-hanging fruit : a Master's program. That way you can create the most distance from your undergraduate GPA while still being able to gain the valuable experience you need to differentiate yourself from the rest of the applicant pool. GEt your GRE up, get some internship experience/publications and try again! In applications, I have realized that there really are no cut off grades for GPA or GRE. I was able to get into an Ivy League Master's program with a sub 2.5UGPA.
  13. Today is a good day to get my first decision (acceptance, preferably). Just putting it into the universe.
  14. Can anyone claim the two USC PhD acceptances?
