I know of a few people who applied to Washington University in St. Louis. I'm used to living in Los Angeles so I'm afraid that Saint Louis won't be busy enough for me.

My overall GPA 3.3 and I still havent heard a word from Columbia and got rejected by two schools.

Columbia for MSW program doesn't have tuition forgiveness. You may be thinking about undergrad.
