I was told by admissions person that acceptance rate for non-STEP MA programs was 20-25% depending on specific program.

Chances are 4-5 of the 6 of us will not be happy if we are a representative sample of the ICE applicant pool :/

Sounds like ICE is particularly competitive - surprised there are no POLS folks here!

So we are nearly half way done thru Thursday and still no word. My guess is no news today.

Was this for STEP or other MA program?

I hope you're right and we hear sooner. Their website says STEP notifications "begin" March 1 and non-STEP begin March 15: https://ed.stanford.edu/admissions/faq#app-decision

I thought the admit rate was more like 40-45% for edm?

Does anyone know if they've started reviewing EdM apps yet or are they still doing doctoral admissions? (Or do they do in parallel)?

Does anyone know if they'll be sending out EdM decisions earlier than March? Earlier in this thread seems like last year people started hearing decisions mid-February.
