There are multiple Harvard entries at the results board from the past few days. If they're trolls or not, I have no idea.

Guessing Yale admits are all out with almost no hope remaining there. I am happy with the Northwestern admit, though a bit concerned about living in Evanston. Really wanted Columbia or Yale though..gotta live with it!

Yes!! Someone had info that Columbia would announce "early this week" --anyone with info re: Yale? Last year, they announced results toward the end of February, checking from the results board.

Thanks a lot! These are very useful. Then comes another question: what is a good offer? I guess two years of TAship is pretty much standard, but how about if a school gives you one year of funding + 3 years of TAship?

Multiple friends doing their PhDs in engineering and physical sciences told me that they negotiated their stipend before accepting an offer. I had not heard of such a practice in political science --anyone have ideas about that?
