Rejections from Georgetown finally came out.

Got rejected from Indiana as well.. When does Georgetown and George Mason notify?

Two Harvard results have been posted. One of them has to be a troll because Thom Wall never calls people to notify them of their acceptance. But the other one? Can somebody claim that one?
 
 
Sometimes POIs will informally call, but most are notified via email.

Just got accepted by George Mason University!!! Unbelievable, first acceptance of this (second) cycle.. and three-year TA!!

I have a friend in the program who told me that all remaining decisions would go out mid-March (he went to the office and asked today). I'm IR subfield, though. So, not sure the subfields of the announcements already put up. 

I received an admission email from Pitt on Feb. 9th (with letter attached). According to the Results Search, it seems Pitt officially notifies their waitlisters rather than silently waitlisting applicants. So I am not sure what they'll do with those who haven't heard yet. But it's a bit odd for Pitt this year though, because it seems they notified rejections pretty soon after notifying acceptances and waitlists in recent years. Maybe they are still deciding? Not sure, and who knows... 

Just received an email from NYU offering me admission to the Master's program, which explains the long wait from when others received acceptances/rejections.
I have a strong PhD offer already (and still waiting on several others), so I won't throw my money at NYU for a MA. 

I am guessing this is an implicit rejection? Stil haven't heard.

It's as real as it gets. Got an email from DGS: outstanding application, can't admit all outstanding apps, credentials will take you far, good luck on academic endeavors, yada yada yada. 

And I still haven't heard from Duke...Most likely all acceptances and waitlists have already been sent. Real implicit rejection.

Anyone got any news from Boston University?

I think there's only one acceptance about two weeks ago.

Have any Yale admits heard anything about funding? I've only received the generic acceptance email and am eager for more information. So exciting!

Please don't send emails from the School of Policy, Government, and International Affairs with the subject "A Message From the Dean" when all it is is a PROMOTIONAL EMAIL. Not at this point in the game. Not with so many of us waiting for your emails.

seems odd with no admits/rejects so far. 

Go on a wee holiday and come back to rejections from Columbia, Notre Dame, USC and Vanderbilt. Quite a haul for only three days!

I think it is very safe to say that anyone who has not heard back from UNC or UCLA is not accepted outright. I would also bet that it implies rejection, or on the waitlist for the waitlist based on historic data.


Also, it is my impression that in the American and IR subfields quite a few can come off the waitlist at Princeton, although in comparative and methods virtually no one comes off of the list.
