That's exactly right. It's unnecessary and just a financial burden especially out of state. I'm very confused by the practicum course and psychology. Why?

I know I've been accepted somewhere while others are still waiting, but the University of North Dakota wants me to do another 5 courses of pre-reqs when I've already done 31 semester hours (11 courses). With that condition, I will likely be declining their offer even if it is my only option. Is that crazy of me? I would rather wait another year, improve my GRE math (my Verbal was 89%) and apply again. Has anyone out there said "no" to the one school they were accepted to before? I'd much rather give up my spot to someone who really might want it.

I really wanna hear from Northeastern State University. How many of you out there applied there as well? I will be crushed if I don't get accepted there. I've been corresponding with one of the faculty there, and our interaction went from promising to ambiguous. I'm quite nervous about that now.

Yea, that was me. Very unfriendly letter, I thought. I hope that means you're in the winning pile, and you will receive a letter from the Department directly. I received my letter from the Dean of Students office.

Is there anyone waiting to hear from UofL? I see one acceptance on the results page from several days ago, but I have not heard anything.

Exactly the same. I said that I love Utah, and surprisingly they seemed to enjoy that answer. They were super friendly, though.

Yea, same here. I was thinking, I know more about this program than any other I've applied to, I'm familiar with the faculties' interests, I'm gonna ace this. But then the questions were so lame. Like I was applying for a retail position at the Gap!

I was asked about a 4 year old who tests within normal limits, what would my approach be? Is that not content based? Did you not have something like that?

I just don't like generic interview questions. I was expecting questions about my academic interests, interest in WSU, my background, why I'm a good candidate, etc.

It looks like 1 or 2 people on the results page have heard from University of Louisville. Is this true?

I was accepted there too. Did you read the attached document? Mine requires me to take more pre-reqs, which kinda took the excitement away for me. So UND will be my last resort, unfortunately. It actually looks like a nice program.

I got my first acceptance today. What a way to go into an interview I have tomorrow. With confidence!
