I believe someone has already asked this earlier but didn't see an answer. Has anyone asked U of T how many people are on the waiting list for the advanced standing program? :/
I think the choice really depends on your financial need and/or desire for that specific program/school; the "worth" of pursuing masters for all schools varies for each individial. Also, I agree with MSW-UofT, and I would also like to add that Windsor has great funding as well.
It means that it's a conditional acceptance. If you fulfill the requirement, you will be admitted to the program For UWindsor, for example, it says "provisional acceptance" on mine. They require that I pass this semester and obtain my BSW degree in order for them to admit me into their MSW program. Hope this helps!
I got my letter from U of T today that I'm on the waitlist. Good luck to those who are still waiting for acceptance letters and congrats to those who have been accepted!
The 2nd wave will go out either next Monday or Tuesday, and the 3rd wave will go out the following week according to the last year's forum. So, we should find out within 2 weeks max.!
Someone said that some people received rejection letters via mail the same time that the 1st wave of acceptance letters went out last year. Let's not lose our hope just yet!
