Does anyone know how strict U of T is with word limit? I'm over by a little less than 50 words (out of 500 max.) on one of the questions and am having a lot of trouble reducing it. I've been googling about this issue and many people said 10% over the word limit is acceptable... Also, 50 words is just 3~4lines extra.. :/ Any input would be appreciated!

Hi rmiller, I'm not applying to Waterloo, but I have emailed them a couple months ago with the same question as yours, and this is what they said, " We offer around 30 places on the full-time program and 30 places on our part-time program each year. Our program is oversubscribed and unfortunately we have to turn down a number of excellent applicants." I hope this helps! :)

I would assume that U of T is pretty strict with deadlines, but I think it's best that you call U of T on Monday for an accurate answer.. Good luck!!

Hello everyone! I am so happy that I found this thread! I was wondering if anyone has any information about Waterloo's MSW Advanced Standing program. Also, which universities should I consider if I am interested in clinical/health-related areas other than U of T and Waterloo? Thank you in advance for your input, and good luck to us!
