  1. Hi, could you share your profile? You could message me too. Just want an idea of the kind of profiles that get accepted. Congratulations btw!
  2. Can you share your profile? I plan to apply for an MPA and want an idea of the profiles accepted.
  3. Thats great! I think the results are being announced for a few. *fingers crossed*
  4. Also check where the person is from, etc. Sometimes they are also looking for a diversity factor. What is the full profile of this 3.9 scorer? Just curious.
  5. I work for a non profit in Mumbai, work ex. Its not International though. I feel this whole focus on grades is unfair as its so hard to get stellar grades in India. It's also hard to gain international exposure when it's all so expensive for students from developing countries. I really hope you get in though, it will give me hope.
  6. Nope, I plan to reapply next year. However, I did not have a GRE score and while they say its not necessary, I don't know if having one actually helps in some way. What is your GPA? Mine was 3.3.
  7. Not to freak you out but I applied last year and they waitlisted me till March, after which they eventually rejected me. Not that it will definitely happen to you but it's a possibility.
  8. Hello, my application has been deferred! Would like to know whether you applied for scholarship etc and your profile just to maybe gauge my chances! Thanks so much!
  9. Congrats to @taeyeon and @Fedora!!! Have an awesome time!!
  10. Congratulations!! All the very best to you!
  11. Hey! Have you got your decision or has yours been deferred as well? Has anyone been accepted with scholarship?
  12. I have been wait listed too! I guess I shall find out in March then! Congrats to all of you who made it!
  13. Hey hey, Doesn't really matter. Lets all just say positive and hope that whatever the result, we all make it through! Cheers!! All the best!
  14. Hey Guys Firstly @AndrewM If you really want to write to them and tell them you should although keep in mind that what actually counts is the experience you have gained during the internship and the skills that you will bring to the course as a result. Since you haven't already completed it, mailing them and informing them about the same in order to imply that you may hypothetically gain more skills as a result may make you seem a little desperate. Although another way of looking at it is that they may feel that since such a prestigious place has offered you an internship, you must be a valuable candidate. It depends on the person reviewing your application really! @researchfreak Since you are both applying to different courses I don't think the diversity thing will matter. In fact, i would say that the chances of either both of you getting accepted or both getting rejected are much higher! Obviously, I hope its the former! All the best! Guys it's nearly time! I am glad but extremely nervous as well! All the best to everybody.
  15. I have only applied to IHEID a.t.m ..... interested in the interdisciplinary program right now. If I don't get in I'll probably work a few years and apply for an LLM In international law/ human rights.
  16. Mine only shows "conditions" now but it never disappears haha. Must be a coding problem.
  17. Oh okay! Yeah I have it too. I don't think that's a "secret section". Thanks @AAAAAAAA
  18. Where is the hidden section though? Could someone send a screenshot? I'm feeling pretty disheartened already. *Sigh*
  19. Maybe those sections only appear to people who got through or something!
  20. Welcome @AndrewM glad to have you here! Guys! It's the 15th! *Dum Dum Dum Dum* Also those secret sections haven't appeared on my form. I feel left out now.
  21. Also guys, have your recommendation letters disappeared as well? Mine are still showing which means they haven't checked them yet! Boy, I hope they have written nice things.
