I vaguely remember it been around noon when people have heard back in.previous years. But I guess it could be any time during the work day. We don't even know the day for sure. This is torture..lol

Oh no...the last modified thing should mean that they've been posted but not released yet? Although they wouldn't update the date to early April if they were going to release them early. So my feeling is that it's still going to be next week sometime. Ugh..I wish they had a fixed date and would just stick to it! 

Wonderful! Now it means obsessively checking my e-mail and researchnet for 2 days instead of one

I wish there was a way to know if it's the 30th or the 31st :S That "end of March" timeline isn't helping my countdown. 

oh ok..good luck with that. I just declined the U of A offer. 

Yes..This is what I got in the e-mail:
"I know I had contacted you earlier about doing Skype interviews, but the Graduate Studies Committee has decided that in order to increase our chances of recruiting our very top-ranked applicants to the doctoral program, we should make a select number of offers that skip that step." 
I am likely declining this. 

So sorry to hear  Don't lose heart though. There are lots of excellent programs you're waiting to hear from. Sometimes it's just about that "fit" and you never know which program you might be a great candidate for. Sending lots of good wishes you way!

Offers may depend on funding sometimes but don't worry. Canadian universities routinely admit international students and you haven an impressive profile. For what its worth, York isn't my first choice so if I get into my top 3, I will be giving up this offer. 

Thanks for the encouragement. Really hoping a definitive answer comes along soon because waiting until Jan 2017 seems too unbearable.
