Hey mundodevidrio, No, I'm still waiting for the funding package information / official acceptance letter I got that email too, and in the email he wrote in a enthusiastic and positive tone (...Those of us who evaluated your application materials were very impressed and excited about your work and what you will bring to our department.), so I would assume that it's a good thing? Or maybe everyone who got accepted just received the same email. haha Are you planning on going to the recruitment event, or still making the final decision about the school you will be going?

I just received my acceptance from Chapel Hill ! Couldn't be happier ! Although in the acceptance letter it said that the funding information (oh, and the recruitment event info) will come along with the official correspondence latter, I am still quite happy right now.

Well...seems like I'm one of the "not very promising" candidates... Ay Dios...

También postulé a UNC- Chapel Hill. Sin embargo, de momento quedo sin recibir nada de ellos, mientras que vi que en el foro de resultados ya hay personas que les habían aceptado. Ugghh que me respondan YA!
