Yes, high school. Secondary school = school where pupils receive secondary education -- after primary/elementary education, and before higher education (college/university) or vocational training. I think "secondary university" would be anywhere you studied an additional degree/certificate/diploma after your undergraduate/bachelor's degree (i.e., if that university were different to your undergraduate-degree-granting institution)
