    @sjimenez67 Thank you! a 2.9 gpa, kinda low i know, (but a 3.4 gpa for csula and csudh) with three years experience working with low income families providing food and other needs. three years working with adults with developmental disabilities, year and a half of those three is working as management/meeting with regional centers and all that jazz. good luck!

    I received an acceptance offer via email yesterday, 4/17 after being placed on the wait list on January. Good luck to everyone who applied

    I recieved an email from CSULB yesterday saying I was accepted! Long Beach was my number one school so I gladly accepted the offer and withdrew my acceptance at Los Angeles I was put on the wait list a while ago, I hope this means good news for others as well!

    @jacky22 i dropped off my commitment to the department in person and i was being nosy and it looks like there's still a few acceptance packages left to be sent (i did not look at anyone's names, nor saw there was any names in view; i just saw a small stack of acceptance/commitment letters on the desk) so there's still hope for yah! as of right now i'm committed to csula as i'm waitlisted at long beach

    @jacky22 thank you! a friend of mine also received an acceptance letter the same day i did. yeah, no emails from csula about anything. wishing you luck on your acceptance! i feel like a decision should be coming soon for you

    @emily18ma good luck to you too! i applied on november 17 and got wait listed on jan 30th. when did you apply? ...in other news, i got my acceptance letter in the mail from CSULA!

    i know csula and csudh accept classes/transcripts post graduation to help raise your gpa, as i took a class over the summer and asked if it could be counted towards my gpa. i graduated 2014 but csulb said they don't accept anything after graduation

    congrats on those who got into csudh! i just got an email from csula saying, if not done, i need to submit my transcripts. i hand delivered official copies to the admissions department and got a receipt from them. does the social work department require official or unofficial? i submitted my application packet with unofficial. i would have called but they sent it after 5 yesterday. anyone else get an email like this?

    i got a confirmation email a day after i hand delivered mine. maybe you should call and see if you have something missing.
