I'm sorry to hear that I know how that feels. I was speaking from my own experience as I had only received emails on weds/fri but youre right, who knows. hopefully you have some other schools lined up? i applied to 8 and have heard back from 3. two of which were rejections.

Am I the only one that's going stir crazy?! I have yet to hear back from a majority of my schools, including my top choices. I just can't anymore. Hubby says I just have a strong case of impostor syndrome

Those were neuroticnancy's scores! Mine are worse... lol. Above 60th percentile for all three though.

Just got an acceptance from Pitt!!! Department: Behavioral and Community Health Sciences. PhD. First acceptance, two rejections (one from Emory which I didn't care for, the other from NYU whose program is brand new and needs help so didn't care much for either). Awaiting 5/8 schools now..! Where exactly on the portal does it state your status? Mine is still "submitted" and thats it... nothing in messages or anything

I was REALLY hoping to hear something today. Nothing, absolutely nothing. Waiting on 6 of 8 schools still... My two rejections both came on Wednesdays so I'm expecting something tomorrow... here we go again! good luck to everyone

FWIW, I got a batch email from Laney bright n early on Feb 1st telling me I was rejected (tho I'm not EHS).

Is it too late to reach out to POIs? I listed names in my statement but did not email any directly. I'm expecting decisions within the next two weeks. Should I still reach out at this point? Or would it look like I'm being fishy...

You're SO right! Too bad that PI was literally the person who invented the field that I'm in (and is one of the most respected researchers in the world)... lol
