For MPP, I think that there is no one receive the offer yet because Rita who choose MPP as the first preference doesn't get the MPP offer yet while he recieved the MIA one. If there are anyone who aleeady got it, please confirm us. Moreover, based on my reseaech, people started to get the offers on 4 April in the last year even on 2015 ppl got it around 24 March. Also, many of us get the e-mail that they will start to launch the offers on the beginning of next month. So, I don't think it's time to start the panic. Finger still crossed to all of you.
