Hi quick question about rounding your GPA. I know that is it is bad to round your GPA up, however is that only if you are rounding to the tenth place? Ex. my GPA is a 3.857, is it ok for me to round to a 3.86 on my resume? I feel like 3 decimal places is not a common way to represent your GPA

You only need to do what is on the Cal State Apply. Nothing else! I went to an info session and they clarified everything. No transcripts until you are admitted If you are confused about anything you can call them and they are very helpful

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone (especially people who have already applied and been admitted into good schools) would be willing to review my SOP and let me know what you think? I feel like mine are super boring, but I have had great experience. I am super nervous because I feel like I can easily mess up all of the work I have done in school and gaining experience up to this point by writing an average or bad SOP. Any advice is appreciated!

I'm applying to 8 california state schools and all of them instructed to put "Submitting essay directly to department" in the spot for SOP on the Cal State App I had to call a couple of schools to confirm, but they all said they wouldn't even look at it. The only california state school that I have seen require a separate SOP on the cal state app is san jose.
