    I noticed I am scheduled for the very last days of interviews at Michigan which is probably why I was emailed today. Do you think the day we were emailed has anything to do with where we are on their ranking list?

    Congrats guys! It looks like this will be my first rejection and I'm kind of relieved lol i was getting overwhelmed thinking about how i would be ranking schools

    scheduling is a problem for me too. I can only make 1 of the dates/times and she said to pick 3. I just emailed and said I could only make the 1 and if it's full then I guess i'm just not going to Wisconsin! If this was one of my first interviews I would definitely pick 3 and suck it up but i'm still very curious about their program because i feel like the website doesn't reveal much

    I would say yes because they want all the date preferences by 2/2 which is really soon

    this is random but at the bottom of the Wisconsin invite email there is a little note that I think they forgot to delete lol. It's not a big deal i just thought it was kind of funny

    i wouldn't take this as a rejection yet! They invited 8 people for this interview but its the diversity day one so it might be different

    Anyone know who typically sends out invitations this week? I thought VCU was going to last week so maybe they will this week

    I've avoided programs that have more than one online class because I can't learn like that but i can understand why online programs would appeal to people with families or jobs they can't leave etc. I just don't understand how a program can be fully online, because summer semester and the 2nd year at most programs is ~70% clinical rotations so how does that work? I also wonder how the research component would be factored in. I know that most fields these days have online programs, even interpersonal ones like social work and education, but they all require some sort of fieldwork so nothing is ever fully online. I'm also curious as to why Boise is jumping straight to fully online and not starting a traditional program first, because I'm sure many people would apply if they did!

    I'm really hoping they say yes! Honestly to me, it would reflect poorly on the program if they refused to give an international applicant such as yourself a skype interview. I understand why in person interviews are preferred, but they can just ask the same questions over skype

    Does anyone know what schools we should expect to hear from this week? I know IU is supposed to send out invites tomorrow. And maybe VCU (based on last year's results but their deadline was 1/15 so this week seems early) and potentially Cincinnati. I'm super stressed out about this lol

    I looked into it but i'm not bc its a very online based program and it's a waste of money for me to move to a new place and not take classes on campus. Also i hate online classes bc i'm lazy and never do anything which is the same reason i avoided ISU and TJU although idk if TJU has changed, last time I checked there was no curriculum on their website

    A student I know in the cincinnati program says they think this was the last week of application reviews so invites haven't gone out yet (to their understanding). This makes me feel a lot better!!

    I'm a first time applicant so not sure about last year...I did see that they sent out interviews in February for 2016, but with the match system I thought they would start even earlier!

    Thats weird that Cincinnati's website says they won't send out invites until late February..thats so much later than last year. At least it makes me feel less anxious kind of...i would still like to know sooner rather than later

    Last year Cincinnati sent interview invites around this time and rejections in early February so I've been feeling super anxious this week! If anyone hears anything please put it in the results so I know how to feel

    Just got an interview invite via email from Case Western!! I didn't expect to hear back this early especially bc results from last year said they didn't send out emails till late January!

    I'm thinking that maybe OSU got more applications than they anticipated and had a lot of qualified and interesting applicants, which is why they're interviewing so many more people. Thank you @sunT for sharing what you learned at the Open House! It looks like those of us interviewing for a spot at OSU have a lot more competition than there may have been last year. I mean we're going to be ranked against ~71 other people and I don't consider myself a top 10 person lol. Hopefully we all hear back from other schools so we don't have only one place to rank!

    If they are interviewing that number of people for this week's interview that would make it 72 people in all! Thats a lot of people to consider for 10 spots..am I the only thinking that? I mean Northwestern's FAQs says that they interview 77 for 20 spots..

    I was told that this week was the only option to interview for those who are interested in the fellowship, so if they sent out an interview invitation this week then I think it would be too late to come for the fellowship option. So it does seem like OSU is reviewing apps on somewhat of a rolling basis

    @JN212 according to the results from last year most OSU invites went out first week of February for what I'm guessing is for people applying for the normal deadline but maybe bc @Nefelibata submitted their app earlier than that, they had time to look it over. There definitely seems to be an advantage to applying earlier but I guess it depends on how many interview spots they have!
