I wonder if I'll get a similar email since I graduated in the fall. I want to email them and ask, but maybe I should just let it be for now.

That is what it seems like to me. Their final deadline was 2/15, so they have to get through a lot of people. I think priority just get their decision asap yay or nay right?

Just remember this happened last year too if you go to the 2017 thread. There were some people in the beginning and it went on for a few weeks. People have heard back starting this week. We got all next week. Based on last year's thread people heard back from 1/19 - 3/3 ish.

I called and they looked me up. They said my application is complete and I'm under review. Should hear by March 1st, which is the same from the email last week. So another 1.5 weeks is what is going on for me anyways. The people who have responded being in seem to have applied before the 12/1 deadline for priority applicants. I applied right on 12/1 personally, so maybe they haven't got to us yet? No need to lose hope yet...hopefully

If we can go off of last year's application cycle, this kind of happened then too. Some people got their invites and then a big batch came a few days later ---> week later. Columbia is my number 1 choice so I'm hoping this is the case.

That is strange. I got the confirmation email 12/6 that everything was good and review was underway, but never got another email after that.

That was what seemed like the norm from the previous year. The advanced standing people got theirs first. Maybe we'll get ours today/tomorrow if one person for the two year program heard back yesterday and they applied 11/30? lol

Someone should call again this week and ask if it is this week or not

I saw someone say sometime this week for priority peeps. I got a reply via email today (a second reply to the same email) stating application decisions will be sent out the next few weeks but for sure before March 1st. The first email they sent me (last week) said the next two weeks. So I have no idea anymore. So for sure two weeks...lol

This time last year, Columbia was sending out some their acceptances. Anyone hear back yet?

Does anyone know how long to hear back from Columbia if we hit their priority deadline 12/1? They are my top choice and I'm trying to coordinate (save money lol) on application fees for applying to other schools if need be. I've applied to their online program so I'm hoping that helps too! Does anyone know the chances there as of 2017?
