The first wave of offers of admission went out the previous week. However, the waitlist has not been finished yet. (according to the graduate administrator from U Pitt) If not a secret, what is the subfield of your research interest?

I applied to Rochester (comparative). However, I have not heard from them. I have no idea how they make the decisions. Have you any updates regarding Rochester?

Congrats!! What is your subfield?

Rejection from Cornell. It seems to me that this cycle is over for me. I've learned my lesson. While this experience is useful, it nonetheless has a bitter aftertaste. It is time to start preparing for the second attempt in upcoming autumn. Congrats to those of you who did it! I wish you success in your future endeavors! And yes, please, do not forget to share your experience at the very end of the cycle!

I'm not disheartened by UMich's rejection. However, an absence of news from UW-S corrodes me from inside...
-
Hopefully, you are right...

As a University of Washington applicant, I'd appreciate if their representatives acted in the same way as guys from the Umich...

Don't be surprised in the case of avalanche of Chicago-related "acceptances/rejections/waitlists" on the results page, immediately after your question (trolls are very vigilant)

Congrats!!

Those are excellent schools. However, I'd choose a school located in the USA.
