Hi, I just got accepted too! I asked Udel whether their clinical placements are more school-based or focused on medical settings. They said we have to do both, but no words on the exact locations. BTW, have you taken a look at this thread? It's super helpful to know more about this program!
Thank you! I graduated from a university in China with a bachelor degree in linguistics (GPA:3.45) and am currently a post-bac student at the University of Washington (GPA:3.94). UDel also uses the CSDCAS system and they have a uniform deadline for domestic and international students.
Hello Alice! My first language is also Mandarine and I'm an international student. Many graduate programs have a bilingual track, but unfortunately, most of them are focused on Spanish and English. I just got admitted into the University of Delaware and my personal statement definitely highlights my cultural background. Feel free to ask me any questions!
I received an email asking me to complete the supplementary application today and therefore emailed them. I got a reply saying the application is a two-step process and I could have been accepted last week if the supplementary part had been done! Super excited right now!
Edit:
emailed them again and got a new reply from Aquiles Iglesias: "Will recommend to Graduate School your acceptance tomorrow". Acceptance confirmed.
I applied to UD this year too. But i think we only need to complete the CSDCAS application and there's no supplemental application. Where did you see that?
